I think I might went to the Zoo.

It's been a great day today and I'm so happy for the little corner I've made in my room. The Elephant and the monkey are from Kay Bojesen. The clown is from Lucie Kaas and I'm really happy that I added her to the wood family. The elephant was a graduation gift and I got the monkey when I turned 18. The lamp is from Muuto and the shelves are from IKEA. The pillows are from Barfota (the wolf and the polar bear) and IKEA (The squirrel). The cute little dog is a Coton de Tulear and he's 10 years old. He fits in perfectly with the animal theme that's going on in my little corner.

My Room

Lightning is everything! This is my room so far. It's still on it's way! My day has been great with 4 hours at work then quality time with my family and know I'm enjoying the rest of the evening in my little paradise. Tomorrow I'm going to IKEA to get the last stuff for my room. Shelfs for my Kay Boyesen Monkey, Lucie Kaas clown. I'm excited to show you the final result!

My Favorite sneaks!

I'm in love with the sneakers from Nike. The model is the Roshe Run and they are so comfy! I like the color 'cause they are happy shoes with out standing too much out. They can make every outfit shine a little bit brighter. I bought them in the Nike Store at Michigan Ave in downtown Chicago this summer and the were worth every 90$ i spend on them. I like that you don't even have to wear socks and your feet don't get sweaty or anything (yum in know but important! ha) You can never get enough sneakers!

Welcome!

My name is Mathilde. I am 20 years old and I'm currently living in Denmark after a year abroad in the big USA. I was living in Wilmette close to the beautiful city of Chicago. This is my life. I hope you would like to join my little universe! I love DIY projects, drawing and interior design and this is what this blog will be about. This is my own little infinity. Gambatte Kudasai is Japanese and means do your best. They use it instead of good luck. You don't need luck you need to work for it and that's why I love the meaning behind these words. I'll do my best! This blog will be me and nothing more! Thanks for clicking by!
